Want a real estate career on a team that competes? Remnant Real Estate is a residential real estate team serving Tacoma, Puyallup and all of Pierce County, and we're hiring agents who want to build something real. This is a full-time role on a team that works together.

Some of our people come from sales, some from service jobs, some from sports and some straight out of school. What they share is drive. If you like to compete and you're ready to work, we want to hear from you.

A competitive team environment

This isn't a desk job and it isn't a solo grind. You'll join a team that competes, pushes each other and expects results. If you do your best work when people are counting on you, you'll feel at home here.

We get new agents into production fast

You won't spend months waiting for your first deal. We get new agents into production fast, working with real buyers and sellers early and getting better with every one.

A high earning ceiling

Real estate has high income potential. What you build depends on the work you put in, and people who bring discipline and consistency tend to do well here.

Played college sports? This is built for you

We recruit a lot of former college athletes on purpose. If you miss training, competing and having teammates, see how that carries into real estate at findyournextseason.com.

A team people want to be around

Soccer is part of who we are. We run a men's indoor soccer team and sponsor college and youth soccer. We also host client events throughout the year.

Getting licensed in Washington

In Washington, licensed agents are called real estate brokers. According to the Washington State Department of Licensing, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete 90 hours of approved courses (60 hours of Fundamentals and 30 hours of Practices).
  • Pass the state and national exams through PSI.
  • Pass a fingerprint background check, then apply for your license.

A note from Derek

The people who win in this business compete, stay coachable and do the work when nobody's watching. My job is to point that drive at a real business. If that sounds like you, let's grab coffee.

FAQ

Do I need a real estate license to apply?

No. Apply first. If you're not licensed yet, we'll point you to Washington's licensing steps.

How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on the work you put in and aren't guaranteed. We'll walk through how our agents build their business when we talk.

Who's a good fit?

People who are competitive, coachable and ready to treat this as a full-time career. You don't need real estate experience.

How do I apply?

Reach out through our contact page and tell us a little about yourself. If it looks like a fit, we'll grab coffee.
