Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A+++ experience working with Derek and team! Derek’s experience and knowledge of the local area were invaluable coming from another state. He was patient, agile and communicative throughout and after the process.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really smooth experience working with the Remnant team on a recent transaction. Craig was on top of everything from start to finish, easy to communicate with, and genuinely looked out for his client the whole way through. Lisa made the coordination side seamless, which as a lender I always appreciate. Good people doing good work. Would work with this team again without hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek and Lisa were so great to work with. We had a lot of inspections/contractors to work with on this project and they helped coordinate all of it. The process was smooth and quick. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Third deal with Derek and he’s not your typical “stick a sign in the yard and cross your fingers realtor.” He studies the market, and makes smart, data-driven decisions. Even in a soft market, he got our home sold and got us into our next one. Lisa crushed the admin side too and kept everything dialed. Our purchase had challenges of it own, but nothing he couldn’t handle. Just results. We won’t use anyone else.
